For those who don’t know their Greek Mythology, the nine muses are the personification of knowledge and the arts and are the daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne. The muses inspire creativity with their grace and skills in writing, song, dance and theatre.

A muse is a force personified as a woman, who is the source of inspiration for creative artist, or in this case a martial artist. The purpose of this endeavour is for me to share my own insight, creativity, and passion with other martial artists to bring out the best in our practices.

With that said, I make no claim of expertise above and beyond my fourteen years in the martial arts.  There are far more knowledgable experts out there in the martial arts. I am still in my infancy.

Rather, my intention is to:

1. Help others navigate through the sometimes frustrating, but always rewarding learning process
2.  Inspire ideas for teaching classes and seminars
3. Promote the martial arts, its teachings and philosophy
